Direct Primary Care for Your Team
We believe every employee deserves real, unhurried access to a healthcare provider, not just a card that opens doors to copays and deductibles. Partnering with local employers to bring Direct Primary Care to your team is something we consider a privilege, and we're proud to offer it right here in Kansas City.
Our Group Rate is $69.99 per member, per month for companies enrolling more than 5 employees. As a thank you for partnering with us, the one time enrollment fee is discounted from $125 to $100 per employee for groups of more than 5.
Have fewer than 5 employees to enroll? Contact us; we're happy to work out a rate that fits your team.
Cover Your Team- A one time registration/setup fee of $125 is due at enrollment (one $125 fee covers both members on a Couple membership).
- Employers enrolling more than 5 employees get the one time enrollment fee discounted to $100 per employee (regular $125). Fewer than 5 employees? Contact us to discuss a rate.
- No cancellation fee; you can cancel anytime. Reinstating a canceled membership later costs a one time $125 fee.
- House calls are available for an additional $150 fee for patients within the Kansas City area.
- To maintain high quality, personal care, enrollment is limited to a maximum of 100 patients. Sign up before spots fill!

- Ahadi Health Direct Primary Care membership does not accept insurance. Ahadi Health Wound Care does accept insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid in Kansas.
