Direct Primary Care members receive most visits and services at no additional charge. If you are not a member, our non-member rates below are billed as cash pay at the time of service — no insurance is billed.

Non-Members (Cash Pay)

If you are not enrolled in a Direct Primary Care membership, visits are billed directly to you at the rates below, due at time of service. We do not bill insurance for these visits.

Specialty wound-care services — including chronic-wound management, debridement, advanced dressings, and negative-pressure wound therapy — are not included in the DPC membership. These are billed separately through Ahadi Health Wound Care.

Availability of in-office laboratory tests depends on current supplies and is subject to change without notice.
Laboratory testing, pathology, imaging, prescriptions, specialty care, hospital care, and other outside services are billed separately.
Medication, supply, and outside-vendor costs may change based on the clinic's acquisition cost.
All procedures are subject to provider evaluation and must be appropriate for an office setting.

Non-Member Rates (Cash Pay)

For patients who are not enrolled in an Ahadi Health Direct Primary Care membership. Payment is due at the time of service; we do not bill insurance for these visits.

Routine Visit – In Person Chronic disease management, prescription management and renewals, labs.	15–30 min	$90
Routine Visit – Virtual Chronic disease management, prescription management and renewals, labs. Must be an established patient (seen in practice within the last 12 months).	15–30 min	$50
Sick / Urgent Visit – Virtual Minor illness such as flu, cold, UTI, or other minor infections. Does not require an established patient — but this visit is limited to your acute need, not chronic disease management.	15–20 min	$50

Minor Wound Care

For small, minor wounds only — this service does not include debridement, advanced wound dressings, wound vacs (negative-pressure wound therapy), or skin substitutes. Ahadi Health Direct Primary Care provides this minor wound care directly; it is separate from Ahadi Health Wound Care, an independent entity that provides specialty, insurance-billed wound care for more complex wounds.
